The Millstacks project is a unique mixed-use project in the Milk District of Orlando, named for the area's long-standing major tenant, TG Lee Milk. The developer used the area's theme effectively to create a unique project in the heart of Orlando. This project required careful consideration for the operating office building on the same project site that needed to remain open during the construction of the multi-family portion of the project.
